Hi!! Yes, your house is looking fabulous, as always. I think your renters must mow the lawn like twice a week...I NEVER see a weed or an out-of-place blade of grass! It's kinda irritating, really. :) These un-favorite neighbors were on Cornell, yeah. Luckily, there have been a LOT of houses recently bought/occupied in the 'hood, so there are very few vacant houses left, and not many "for sale" signs, either! Things are looking up!
